Client report

Put together a clear report on clicks and traffic quality — using the “one account per client” model.

Key takeaways

  • In ClikBy one account = one client: a separate account per client, not a “multi-client” workspace inside one login.
  • Link stats export: PDF, Excel (XLS), CSV — from the stats section.
  • The stats password (privacy) ≠ the click-through password on the link.
  • “Tags” (Spaces) group campaigns inside the client account.

Model: 1 account = 1 client

The agency manages clients in separate ClikBy accounts. That way data, links, pixels, and plans do not mix between customers.

  • A separate login / billing per client (or an account you manage by agreement).
  • Inside the account — “Tags” for Facebook Ads, TikTok, offline campaigns, etc.
  • Do not count on a single “agency dashboard” with all clients in one account — that model does not exist today.

The partner program is about commission for bringing clients to ClikBy, not about multi-account in the product. See the partner program article.

What to show the client

  • Clicks and trends by period (link stats overview).
  • Sources / referrers, geo (countries, cities), devices, browsers, platforms.
  • The share of bots / suspicious visits — if you are discussing traffic quality.
  • UTM breakdowns, if tags were in the destination.
  • AI Selena takeaways in plain language — as an argument for budget optimization.

Basic export guide: Отчёты.

PDF / Excel / CSV export

In the link stats header you can export: PDF, Excel, CSV (StatController / stats.export). Separate tables (countries, referrers, etc.) can also be downloaded.

  1. Open the stats for the relevant link in the client account.
  2. Select the period.
  3. Export PDF for a presentation or Excel/CSV for the agency’s summary table.

SEO Report is a separate tool, not a substitute for click export.

Stats privacy

If the client needs access to the numbers only, without the full account — use the link stats privacy / privacy_password settings. This is not the click-through password (password).

Do not send the client the password to the whole account “for convenience” — a separate access or exports is better.

How to package the report

  1. Context: campaign, channel, period, budget (from the agency side).
  2. Fact: clicks, devices, geo — a screenshot/PDF from ClikBy.
  3. Quality: bot vs confirmed, anomalies, Selena’s comment.
  4. Recommendation: what to pause, where to shift budget, which pixel/UTM to fix.
