Коротко
- There is no separate «ROI calculator» module in the ClikBy account — below is a help methodology + an in-browser counter on your numbers.
- Take spend and clicks from Ads; confirmed / bot — from ClikBy Stats for the same period; revenue — from CRM/the till.
- Estimate of «paid junk» ≈ spend × (bot / (confirmed+bot)). This is a model, not bookkeeping.
- ROI and ROAS are counted from full revenue and spend; «cleaned» CPA is a hypothesis after cutting the bot share.
The idea of the methodology
The platform shows clicks and CPC. ClikBy shows which share of visits looks like people (confirmed) and which like bots. Joining that with spend and revenue, you estimate how much budget was wasted and how unit economics change if you rely on quality.
Do not confuse SEO Report in the account with this methodology — SEO reports are about something else.
Which numbers to take
- Ad spend — the amount in Google Ads / Meta / Direct for the period.
- Ads clicks — clicks of campaigns that led to your smart links.
- Confirmed — confirmed visits in ClikBy on the same links/period.
- Bot — bot_server + bot_filter (and, if you wish, the pending share, if many are «stuck»).
- Conversions and revenue — from CRM, call tracking, the till; ClikBy does not pull them from ad accounts itself.
Формулы
- CPC = spend / Ads clicks
- Bot share = bot / (confirmed + bot)
- Wasted-spend estimate ≈ spend × bot share
- CPA = spend / number of target actions
- ROI = (revenue − spend) / spend
- ROAS = revenue / spend
After lowering the bot share (filtering, account blocklists, changing the source) recalculate the same formulas on a new period — that is the practical «ClikBy effect» in money, measured by you.
Calculator (on your side)
Numbers do not go to the server — they are calculated in the browser. Plug in data from the ads account and ClikBy Stats for one period.
This is an estimate methodology of a help page, not a built-in «ROI» module inside the ClikBy account. ClikBy gives click quality and statuses; you take spend and revenue from Ads and CRM/the till.
Limitations
- Ads clicks and ClikBy visits are counted differently (previews, platform bots, attribution gaps).
- The model «all bot = 100% wasted» simplifies reality: part of the soft traffic is debatable.
- Revenue must belong to the same channel/period — otherwise ROI lies.
- Do not plug in percentages from other people's cases as a product guarantee.
