Funnel: a link for each stage

Split awareness, interest, consideration, and purchase across different smart links — and you will see where people actually drop off.

Коротко

  • Goal: see at which funnel stage people “drop off”, not only the overall Ads CTR.
  • Solution: a separate smart link (and a pixel if needed) for each stage — awareness → interest → consideration → purchase → loyalty.
  • Comparing quality and clicks across stage links + conversions from CRM gives a customer journey map.
  • AI Selena does not “automatically slice the funnel by stages” — you set the stages with links and tags.

Problem

Overall analytics shows the total of clicks and leads, but does not answer: at which step they drop off, which source takes them to purchase, how long the decision takes. One URL for the whole funnel mixes the stages.

What to set up in ClikBy

  • Stage map → an alias for each: /awareness, /interest, /consideration, /purchase, /loyalty (or your own names).
  • A Space tag “Funnel Q3” + UTM content = the stage.
  • A custom domain or Smart Traffic if you attach pixels to the redirect.
  • Ad-account pixels on stage links where you need “catch-up” retargeting.
  • Separate Ads creatives/campaigns for each stage segment — not one shared stream.

Scenario

1

Map the funnel

A list of stages and landings (article → checklist → demo → payment → training).

2

Give links to the channels

Stage 1 content does not go straight to payment — it goes to its own stage link.

3

Count clicks and quality

For each link: clicks, confirmed/bot, devices, sources.

4

Connect with CRM

Attribute leads/payments to the entry stage (UTM) — that way you see the “leaks”.

5

Догон

Retarget those who reached consideration but not purchase — via the pixel and a retargeting playbook.

Example: a B2B CRM product

  • Article “10 problems without CRM” → clik.by/crm-problems
  • Selection checklist → clik.by/crm-checklist
  • Demo → clik.by/crm-demo
  • Discounted payment → clik.by/crm-buy
  • Customer onboarding → clik.by/crm-training

In the brief illustration, lead→customer conversion grew from 3% to 12% — this is a team scenario example, not a product promise.

Product boundaries

  • There is no built-in “funnel builder” with automatic stage segmentation — stages = your links.
  • ClikBy does not calculate time-to-purchase itself the way a CRM does: look at dates in the CRM and the first touch via UTM.
  • Pixels work with a domain or Smart Traffic — see the pixels guide.

About the numbers

Percentages and “N× growth” from marketing stories illustrate the logic, not a ClikBy plan guarantee. Measure on your own data (CRM + Ads + link stats) and with the ROI method.

What’s next?

Map the stages with links

Create 4–5 smart links for funnel steps and compare two weeks of clicks with CRM leads.
